The butterfly effect

The butterfly effect

What happens when you put a room full of smart, accomplished women together?

Business ideas. Life updates. Celebrations. Shopping advice. Grandbabies. Jean jackets. And, of course, plenty of laughter.

Nicole had us all thinking about something very important:

What should I wear?

After 16 years styling businesswomen, Nicole has made it her passion to help women look good, feel good and show up confidently as themselves.

She reminded us that style is about much more than clothes. It’s about how we present ourselves in every part of life.

Sometimes we use clothes to hide. Nicole knows how to help women do the opposite — highlight what makes them look and feel fabulous.

She can transform your closet, teach you how to shop, prepare you for that wedding or special event…and apparently even take you on a field trip to the mall.

Naturally, my first thought was: I need to see her shoe collection.

Then came the wonderful WATT life updates.

Rena shared some favorite “Jackisms” from her 43 years of laughter, fun and adventure.

Shannon shared the cutest jean jackets for kids, starting at just three months old. Shipping costs came up…then someone realized she could make matching jackets for Grandma and grandchild.

SOLD!

Tiffany caught us up on everything happening in her world.

And throughout the morning we celebrated a first grandbaby, a law school acceptance, birthdays, WATT anniversaries and new chapters.

That’s WATT.

We talk about business and branding. We share expertise. We help each other make connections and figure things out.

But we also celebrate the good stuff, talk through the hard stuff and laugh—a lot.

Sometimes the biggest impact comes from one small conversation, introduction, idea or word of encouragement.
