Women Rising

Loren Yaskin kicked us off with five creative shifts that make communication notable and a great reminder that communication is not just about what you say, but how you make people feel. One of the biggest takeaways: show, do not just explain. Use visuals, examples, and a little creativity to make the message stick.

Michell Brown reminded us that our bodies communicate too. From foot circles to the connection between foot, ankle, knee, and hip, her message was clear: awareness and movement matter.

Monica May-Dunn shared recent accolades and experiences, and Naomi Trumble closed with timely tax planning insight, including the updated 76 cents per mile rate for July through December.

And of course, we wrapped by celebrating wins among our WATT sisters — from AI agents to nominations to travel adventures.

That is WATT: smart women, real conversations, practical insight, and genuine support.

If you are one of the amazing women in my network (or know someone who is) and want to learn more about becoming a WATT sister, please reach out. I would love to connect over coffee and share more about this wonderful group.
