Oh WATT fun at WATT this morning!
Melissa Swader kicked things off with a lively round of member trivia — complete with the most creative Christmas-themed clues. Our sharp-minded Elves (Michelle Tran, Juliet Peters, Dyan Haugen, Laura Piel, Monica May Dunn and Wendy Look) took the win by nailing the most correct answers. Well deserved!
From there, we shifted into the business portion. It’s never glamorous, but reviewing bylaws and policies is essential for any strong organization — and this group does it with clarity, respect, and purpose. Bylaws passed, and our policy conversations will continue in January.
What I admire most is the trust in the room. When a group of powerhouse women come together to discuss real business in a safe, supportive space, incredible things happen. I’m grateful for this community and the energy we create together.
