WATT Momentum

WATT Momentum

What. A. Morning.

We kicked off WATT by voting in two new sisters, and the energy only went up from there.

Denise Kaye shared a journey full of unexpected turns, from a sixth grade experiment to Brad Paisley singing and playing guitar at her bat mitzvah to answering a newspaper ad in 1988 that led to singing What a Wonderful World. Her story was such a reminder that one small opportunity can change everything.

She also shared the incredible work that her company Connections In HomeCare & Communities , LLC does for families navigating dementia and Parkinson’s, including nonmedical hourly care and senior placement services.

Lorraine Tallman brought us into the hospice (Right Jaime Ryum) world and reminded us how powerful language can be, including the shift toward terms like Rapid Care Response Team. Compassion and communication matter.

Then Loren gave us a line every business owner should remember: PR now has two audiences, people and machines. If you are only speaking to one, you are missing half the equation.

I continued Biz Buzz with upcoming SBA changes beginning in October, including licensure considerations and Quality of Earnings requirements for $3 million and larger transactions. And an overview of the upcoming Arizona Concours!

We wrapped with a fresh LinkedIn strategy for WATT. Be on the lookout, because these women have some great content coming.

Caregiving. Hospice. AI. PR. SBA. LinkedIn.

All before most people finished their second cup of coffee.

That is WATT.

What is one business trend, challenge, or opportunity you are thinking about right now? I would love to hear what is on your radar.
