Ginger Clayton captivated the room with her powerful story of pivoting through major economic events—9/11, the 2008 recession, and the COVID crisis. By simply asking her clients “What else do you need?”, she and Joe transformed Elontec into a powerhouse, now proudly including the next generation of family in the business.
