Business Sales: 90-100% of Asking Price

In the Q3 Market Pulse Report, the median final selling price for a Business came in anywhere from 90% to 100% of the pre-set asking price or internal benchmark. Lower middle market companies in the $2 million to $5 million and the $5 million to $50 million range achieved the highest values at 100% of benchmark.
