Juliet Peters

Juliet’s experience is diverse – giving her a unique perspective into the day to day issues facing businesses.  First, she understands re-invention.  Law is actually a second career having spent her first as a journalist in television news for almost a decade.  After completing her JD, cum laude at ASU in 1998, she began her legal career as a civil litigator at a large Phoenix firm, tackling complex commercial disputes.  She has worked in the public sector supervising 380 lawyers and staff statewide as the Division Chief Counsel for the Child and Family Protection Division of the Attorney General’s Office.

Juliet knows what it is like to work inside a business gaining her most valuable transactional experience as a Vice President and In-House Counsel for a large Phoenix ice cream franchisor.  Juliet not only handled the company’s regulatory disclosures and helped run the legal department, but she also worked with the heads of all of the company’s business units including Human Relations, Real Estate, Marketing, Franchisee Relations and Product Development.  She was regularly tapped by C-suite executives to assess and address crisis situations, strategic issues and help guide interdepartmental business initiatives.
