We had the pleasure of welcoming Amy Hoffman to her first WATT meeting today! It wasn’t our typical agenda, but I was reminded—again—of the power in this group. These women can dig into organizational policies, debate respectfully, and reach consensus, even when perspectives differ. That’s true leadership in action. Thank you, Juliet Peters and the team, for all your work!

And once the official discussion wrapped? The networking kept rolling for another hour. There’s nothing better than hearing insights, tips, and real-world experiences from women operating at the top of their game.

I’m so grateful for this community.

Curious:
What’s one quality you feel makes a professional group truly effective—respectful debate, shared purpose, accountability, diverse perspectives, or something else?

Would love to hear your thoughts.
