2020 Q4 average time to close edges closer to 9 months

According to the Market Pulse Q4 survey the average time to sell a business remains relatively consistent with Q4 last year, increasing only slightly upward. Of that, roughly 60 to 120 days are spent in due diligence and execution, after a signed letter of intent.
