Juliet’s is the founding Principal of Framework Legal, PLLC. She has helped dozens of business owners in a number of industries buy and sell businesses in the last five years and is adept at making flat, capped and hybrid fees work for clients. In addition to her business sale work, Juliet serves as an outside general counsel for several companies and assists entrepreneurs in everything from formation and restructuring to all manners of contract, negotiations, dispute resolution and internal sales. Juliet knows what it is like to work inside a business gaining her most valuable transactional experience as a Vice President and In-House Counsel for a large Phoenix ice cream franchisor. Juliet completed her JD, cum laude at ASU in 1998, she began her legal career as a civil litigator at a large Phoenix firm, tackling complex commercial disputes. She has worked in the public sector supervising 380 lawyers and staff statewide as the Division Chief Counsel for the Child and Family Protection Division of the Attorney General’s Office.
Lisa Riley is the founder and president of Delta Business Advisors. In the Business Brokerage and M&A industry since 2011, Lisa is a recognized leader in the field, providing advisory services to business owners in the lower middle market and main street.
Lisa is the past chair of the Arizona Business Brokers Association (AZBBA) and is the incoming (2021) chair of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). She spearheads the quarterly IBBA/M&A Source Market Pulse Survey, which was created in 2012 to gain an accurate understanding of the market conditions for businesses being sold in Main Street (values $0-$2MM) and the lower middle market (values $2MM -$50MM). This survey provides a valuable resource to business owners and their advisors.
Tiffany House is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP), Certified Exit Planning Advisor and President and CEO of the Gift Planning Institute and Exit Preparation, LLC. She has worked with business owners through the estate planning process, personal financial planning, strategic business planning, and tax advantaged strategic exit preparation with business owners for nearly 20 years. Charitable tax advantaged planning strategies have become her favorite part of her work because she sees the tax advantages for her clients while whiteness the the greater good for our society.
